解决思路

  1. 克隆仓库：git clone https://github.com/msitarzewski/agency-agents.git 并 cd agency-agents
  2. Claude Code 安装：cp -r agency-agents/* ~/.claude/agents/，或用软链接 ln -s /path/to/agency-agents ~/.claude/agents/agency 以便自动更新
  3. 其他工具用交互式安装器：先运行 ./scripts/convert.sh 生成各工具集成文件，再运行 ./scripts/install.sh 自动检测并安装；也可指定工具，如 ./scripts/install.sh --tool cursor / --tool copilot / --tool aider / --tool windsurf
  4. 手动安装路径：Claude Code 用 ~/.claude/agents/；Cursor 用项目根目录 .cursor/rules/；Copilot 用 .github/copilot-instructions.md；Aider 用 .aider.conf.yml 或通过 --system-prompt 传入；Windsurf 用项目根目录 .windsurf/rules/
  5. 在 Claude Code 中激活单个代理：在对话中明确说「Activate the Backend Architect agent and help me design a REST API...」
  6. 按顺序使用多个代理：先激活 Software Architect 做设计，再激活 Senior Developer 实现，最后激活 Code Reviewer 审查
  7. 直接引用代理文件作为系统提示：claude --system-prompt "$(cat ~/.claude/agents/engineering-frontend-developer.md)" "你的任务"
  8. 在 Cursor 中：安装后用 @engineering-frontend-developer 引用，或在 .cursor/rules/default.mdc 中设置 alwaysApply: true 并指向具体代理文件
  9. 在 Aider 中：aider --system-prompt "$(cat agency-agents/engineering/engineering-security-engineer.md)"，或把 system-prompt 写入 .aider.conf.yml
  10. 在 Windsurf 中：运行 ./scripts/install.sh --tool windsurf 后，在对话中说「Use the UX Architect agent rules from .windsurf/rules/ to audit my CSS architecture」
  11. 全栈功能多代理工作流：把需求写入 task.md，依次用 Software Architect、Backend Architect、Frontend Developer、Security Engineer 的 system-prompt 调用 claude 完成架构、后端、前端、安全审查
  12. 代码审查工作流：git diff main..feature/xxx | claude --system-prompt "$(cat ~/.claude/agents/engineering-code-reviewer.md)" "Review this PR diff..."

  15. 创建自定义代理：按统一 markdown 结构编写（Identity、Core Mission、Personality & Communication Style、Workflows、Deliverables、Success Metrics），保存到 agency-agents/custom/ 后重新运行 ./scripts/convert.sh
  16. 贡献新代理：fork 并克隆仓库，在对应 division 下复制现有代理文件改名，编辑后用 claude --system-prompt 测试，再 git checkout -b agent/your-specialty、git add、git commit -m "feat: add Your Specialty agent"、git push 并提交 PR
  17. 排障：Claude Code 找不到代理时检查 ls ~/.claude/agents/ 并重新 cp；convert.sh 权限错误时 chmod +x scripts/convert.sh scripts/install.sh；Cursor 未生效时确认规则在项目根 .cursor/rules/ 并重跑安装器
  18. 代理未激活时：明确说「Activate the XXX agent」，或直接把代理文件内容粘贴进 system prompt；Claude Code 可用 claude config get agentsDir 确认目录
  19. 多代理冲突时：每个会话只激活一个代理，多代理流程用独立会话或 Claude Code 的 subagent 功能，并显式排序 architect → implement → review
