解决思路

  1. 使用 golden path Autopilot 默认启用的 CSI 驱动：Compute Engine Persistent Disk CSI（ReadWriteOnce，用于数据库/单 Pod 工作负载）、Google Cloud Filestore CSI（ReadWriteMany，用于多 Pod 共享 NFS）、Cloud Storage FUSE CSI（ReadWriteMany/ReadOnlyMany，用于把 GCS 桶挂载为卷）、Parallelstore CSI（ReadWriteMany，高性能并行文件系统）；节点启动盘类型为 pd-balanced。
  2. 按用途选择内置 StorageClass：standard-rwo（pd-standard，低成本低 IOPS）、premium-rwo（pd-ssd，高 IOPS/数据库）、standard-rwx（Filestore Basic HDD，共享 NFS）、premium-rwx（Filestore Basic SSD，更高性能共享 NFS）。
  3. 如需自定义 StorageClass，使用 provisioner: pd.csi.storage.gke.io，设置 parameters.type（如 pd-ssd）、parameters.replication-type: regional-pd（跨 2 个可用区复制）、volumeBindingMode: WaitForFirstConsumer、allowVolumeExpansion: true。
  4. 创建块存储 PVC：accessModes 设为 ReadWriteOnce，storageClassName 用 premium-rwo，在 resources.requests.storage 指定容量（如 100Gi）。
  5. 创建共享文件存储 PVC：accessModes 设为 ReadWriteMany，storageClassName 用 standard-rwx，容量至少 1Ti（Filestore Basic 层最小为 1 TiB）。
  6. 挂载 GCS 桶（Cloud Storage FUSE，无需 PVC）：在 Pod 上加注解 gke-gcsfuse/volumes: "true"，在 volumes 中使用 csi.driver: gcsfuse.csi.storage.gke.io，设置 readOnly 和 volumeAttributes.bucketName，并在容器中通过 volumeMounts 挂载到指定路径；需为 Pod 的服务账号配置 Workload Identity 并授予桶的 storage.objectViewer 权限。
  7. 扩容卷：确保 StorageClass 设置了 allowVolumeExpansion: true，然后更新 PVC 的 spec.resources.requests.storage（如 kubectl patch pvc <PVC_NAME> -p '{"spec":{"resources":{"requests":{"storage":"200Gi"}}}}'，或优先使用 MCP 的 patch_k8s_resource），Kubernetes 会自动调整文件系统。
  8. 最佳实践：所有 StorageClass 都启用 allowVolumeExpansion: true；生产环境使用 regional-pd 实现跨 2 区高可用；使用 WaitForFirstConsumer 确保 PV 与 Pod 在同一可用区；按负载选择磁盘类型（数据库用 pd-ssd，通用用 pd-balanced，冷存储用 pd-standard）；多 Pod 共享读写用 Filestore；数据管道（ML 训练数据、日志等）用 GCS FUSE 直接挂载桶；使用 Backup for GKE 备份 PVC 以保护持久化数据。
